I got no reason
but that I must
maybe I feel
like I've been gathering dust
I must leave this harbour for the sea
I'm too young to settle down and make a home
but I don't know where I'm wanting to be
I just know I have to be there alone
Stole my time,
all my time
stole my time,
for you
Pale winter sun
is beating the ground
why am I throwing away
the best thing that I've found
My young heart's in tatters and I'm sure
that it will be a long time healing
It's so hard to see what I'm doing this for
when loneliness is all that I'm feeling
Stole my time, all my time
spent my time, for you
CHORUS
Now the wind it is blowing
blowing leaves from the trees
I've got no use knowing
that with time it will ease
I don't know where I'm going
hope I get there soon
'Cos my soul is hollow
as the sorrowful moon
na na na na...
CHORUS
Oh the night is raining on my weary head
taking my back
See the sun spread wings of gold
as the dawn unfurls
hear the song that the moon sings
to the darkened world
Feel the fire lighting
in the bitter cold
It's the light that shines
through the windows of your soul
Windows of your soul

If you were told you could relive a moment in your life, which would you choose?

I would probably want to go back to April, 1993. But, honestly? Almost any day would be fine. I would try to tell myself that things will be fine, Sarah is going to go off and do great things- let her go. I would tell myself to FORCE my dad to buy Apple stock (he didn't take my advice and, yea. Duh.). I would also just enjoy the fact that I know what tomorrow brings.
I'm 31. Less then four months away from 32. And I get chicken pox.
Yes, I had them when I was a kid. I swear. Even my mom doesn't believe I have the 'pox (that's what us kidz are callin' it these days).
Yea for MacWorld. Boo for the 'pox.
I feel like I've been shut out from the outside world for a bit here. And I know I'll be shut out until next year as well. It's quit depressing actually. But, here's a quick update.
I'm working four days a week at Apple now (three late evenings and Saturday) and still a solid 40+ at my day job. My dad is also opening his own business and I've been over there trying to get him all set up on his new Mac (YES he finally bought a Mac!). I've also been finishing up a wedding album as well as trying to iron out some other freelance items.
It's tough, this struggle with bills and money. Trying to balance what you need in life with other things like sleep, food and family. ;-)
Hope all is well with everyone! I really do hope everyone enjoys their holidays!

Are you kidding me? Mac of course. Basically for the fact that it makes
complicated things simple. But, of course, you won't understand this
until you actually use a Mac. Good thing there are Apple stores all
over the place!
Name me one company besides Apple that offers an item as powerful as a computer that also gives you free, face-to-face technical support, free face-to-face creative support (to finish a project, make it better or just get the most out of the product) and doesn't even need a manual?
If you love Windows, that's great. Some people like a challenge. I, on
the other hand, just like to get things done and enjoy every minute of
it. So I'll stick with my Mac. :-)

This is a simple test of the Shiira browser. I wonder if it will wrap this text or not. I wonder if it will actually display properly or not on browsers or not. I wonder if things will be ok or not. We'll see. Blah blah blah. I wonder wonder wonder wonder wonder if things will be cool again.
